Group I: Early Career/Student/Considering Practice Ownership – These can be students, new graduates, or more mature audiologists who have never been involved with practice ownership and want to acquire education and skills that will help them achieve this goal or decide if it is right for them. The group also includes new practice owners who are trying to grow their businesses and achieve viability.
Group II: Mid-Career – These are people with stable practices who want to increase their skills, grow their bottom line, diversify their practice offerings and/or revenue streams, or expand their presence in a community.
Group III: Late Career – “Seasoned veterans” who may wish to transition to a new role, develop an exit strategy, mentor younger professionals, and/or sell a practice. |
