1. Attendee will be able to explain how not practicing cultural sensitivity might interfere with our patient relationships around the world
2. Attendee will be able to identify our own unconscious bias when working with patients in our practices
3. Attendee will be able to discuss how the culture of poverty is different from the culture of middle class and upper class in the US and the effect this has on our patients who live in a lower socioeconomic sector.
