Phonak's CCMC (Customer Care Measurement & Consulting) Benchmarking Surveys are conducted annually to gather comprehensive data on the performance of hearing care practices across the United States. These surveys, which Phonak has been commissioning since 2008, provide insights into various operational and financial metrics that help practices benchmark their performance against industry standards. This session will focus on the outcomes of the most recent CCMC survey and how this data can influence your practice.
