After Appeal to Members, ADA Will Not Appeal Court Decision
On February 21st, 2017, the United States District Court in Detroit issued an order dismissing the lawsuit brought by ADA against IHS to prevent IHS from issuing Tinnitus Provider Certificates to people not licensed or competent to provide tinnitus diagnostic and treatment services.
