We offer the autonomy and meaningful patient relationships of private practice while providing a diverse clinical experience that extends well beyond traditional hearing aid dispensing. Our audiologists work with adult and pediatric patients and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers throughout South Central Texas.
Clinical opportunities include comprehensive diagnostics, hearing aid evaluation and fitting with verification, tinnitus care, implantable and bone-conduction hearing technology, cerumen management, patient counseling, treatment planning, and physician collaboration.
We're looking for an audiologist who values clinical excellence, ethical patient care, professional autonomy, and long-term growth. Experienced audiologists and new graduates are encouraged to apply. New graduates receive individualized mentorship and progressive clinical independence.

Qualifications:
Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree and current Texas audiology license or eligibility for Texas licensure required. The ideal candidate is compassionate, personable, dependable, collaborative, and committed to providing ethical, patient-centered care. Strong communication skills and a willingness to continue learning and growing professionally are essential.
