This faculty position with a Program Director role in the Department of Audiology requires an innovative and dedicated individual with strong management and interpersonal skills to lead the academic program. Based on the candidate's background and interest, the director role could be to oversee the online Post-Professional Doctor of Audiology Program or the residential Doctor of Audiology Program. The Program Director role for the online program may be a remote work position. Directing the academic program involves, recruiting and supporting faculty and staff, recruitment and support of students, regular review and updates of the curriculum/course content, teaching (as needed), budgetary planning and fiscal management related to the specific program, implementation of program strategic plans and program assessment, coordinating daily operations of the program, communication/collaboration with the Department Chair, and maintaining program accreditation/supporting university accreditation processes, as appropriate.
