The result is a predictable pattern: expectations are set but not confirmed, consequences are implied but never named, follow-up is intended but never scheduled, and the practice owner becomes the de facto accountability system for everyone on staff.
During this session, participants will be introduced to a systematic, nine-step positive accountability framework with direct application to audiology practice management.
